Le micro-bic consiste \u00e0 appliquer un abattement forfaitaire de 50 % sur ces revenus, correspondant \u00e0 une estimation des charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1534773938396-0\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages fiscaux <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recettes brutes locatives b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un abattement de 50 % afin de tenir compte des diff\u00e9rentes charges et le montant ainsi calcul\u00e9 est r\u00e9incorpor\u00e9 dans les revenus. Par exemple, un loueur en meubl\u00e9 d\u00e9clarant 10.000 \u20ac de revenus, 5.000 \u20ac seront exon\u00e9r\u00e9s et 5.000 \u20ac seront imposables.<br>Le micro BIC offre l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;une comptabilit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s simple et d&rsquo;abattement important sur les revenus de la location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limites du Micro-BIC <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucun autre frais ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9duit au titre des charges ou de l&rsquo;amortissement du logement.
