Ceux-ci sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s selon le mode de financement qui a permis de les construire : logements PLI, PLS, PLAI, ou PLUS. Ce mode de financement d\u00e9termine les plafonds de ressources des locataires de ces habitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1534773938396-0\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe des <strong>locations \u00e0 loyers mod\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/strong> auxquelles il est possible d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 certaines conditions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le lieu d\u2019habitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les revenus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les personnes \u00e0 charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9s \u00e0 des conditions particuli\u00e8res et les bailleurs (priv\u00e9s ou institutionnels) ont <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de certains avantages<\/strong> pour les construire ou les r\u00e9nover. En contrepartie, ces propri\u00e9taires se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 louer ces <strong>habitations \u00e0 des loyers mod\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 des locataires qui satisfont certaines conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe diff\u00e9rents modes de financement pour les propri\u00e9taires: PLI, PLS, PLAI, PLUS. Et \u00e0 chacun de ces modes de financement sont associ\u00e9s des <strong>plafonds de ressources<\/strong> diff\u00e9rents pour les futurs locataires. Il se caract\u00e9rise par des <strong>conditions de ressources plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/strong> que celles des autres pr\u00eats sociaux. Cette approche vise \u00e0 diversifier les populations au sein des zones tendues, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;offre locative \u00e0 prix mod\u00e9r\u00e9 est souvent insuffisante. Le PLI joue ainsi un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gulation du march\u00e9 immobilier, offrant une alternative abordable pour des m\u00e9nages aux revenus interm\u00e9diaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les plafonds de ressources PLI 2026 des locataires sont disponibles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionlogement.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/2026-01\/20260109_Plafonds-ressources-locatifs_Janv26_PLI.pdf\">sur cette plaquette<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pls\"><br><a>Pr\u00eat Locatif Social (PLS) et conditions de ressources<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pr\u00eat Locatif Social (PLS) est destin\u00e9 aux bailleurs souhaitant investir dans la <strong>construction ou la r\u00e9novation de logements sociaux<\/strong>. Le PLS offre des avantages fiscaux significatifs, incitant ainsi les investisseurs \u00e0 participer activement \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de la crise du logement. Ce type de pr\u00eat est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour soutenir la construction ou la r\u00e9habilitation de <strong>logements tr\u00e8s sociaux<\/strong>, accessibles aux m\u00e9nages aux revenus les plus faibles. Le PLAI est un outil essentiel pour lutter contre l&rsquo;exclusion et favoriser l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration sociale, en offrant des <strong>habitations \u00e0 loyer extr\u00eamement mod\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce pr\u00eat est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction, l&rsquo;acquisition, et la r\u00e9habilitation de logements sociaux traditionnels. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ces logements sont des m\u00e9nages aux revenus modestes, souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s pour trouver une <strong>habitation <\/strong>abordable sur le march\u00e9 priv\u00e9.
