Wifi partagé et machine à laver dans la buanderie et compost. Place vélo
Les sentiers de ballade en chartreuse commencent ici.
Bus 17 et bus 62 arrêt Bastille-La Tronche a 2 minutes. Tram B station La Tronche-Hôpital à 10 minutes.
Le vieux centre de Grenoble (St Laurent) est à 10 minutes à pieds,

Nice room 15 m2 wide in a 75 m2 flat of the house, for three students. The house isdivided in four flat, mine included. The room has a windows and one skylight with view on garden and mountain of Saint Eynard.
Beautiful garden, possibility of quiet activities (yoga, gardening, meditation,..)
All confort, shared kitchenette and room to eat, bathroom and wifi, washmachine in the cellar, compost. Place for a bike. Nice environnement.
Bus 17 (arrêt Bastille, La Tronche) and bus 61 a 2 minutes. Tram B Station Hôpital and bus 31 a 10 minutes.
Bicycle is the most usefull here.The footways toward the hill begin there. 15 minutes to foot from the old center (Saint Laurent).
