Nice family in Antibes , we rent a room with its own bathroom and toilet to a student in our house. We are looking for an english speaking student. 2 fridges and also 2 freezers are shared with the family. You can cook in the family kitchen shared. There is a bus stop but it is recommanded to have a car, motorbike, electric bike or scooter. The house is next to the Antibes and Sophia-Antipolis highway entrance and exit. Il is also 10 minutes from SKEMA BUSINESS SCHOOL and 13 minutes from the LIV/CIV of Valbonne by car or bike and moto.
It is possible to park your car, bike and motor for free inside the house. You have a swimming-pool and a ping-pong table. You can play petanque outside the house in the garden and you can eat outside or inside on tables. You can take a walk in the garden and forest belonging to the house.
The room and bathroom are completely redone, the sofa bed is new, the air conditioner and the heat pump are new, you will have a desk too and cupboards.
Il you need help we will help you as best we can as we do for our 2 kids.
