Large windows provide plenty of natural light throughout the apartment, reversible A/C in the living room is a welcome feature in summer.
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet building secured by video-cameras. It is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the residence. Bars, clubs, restaurants, and other entertainment venues are within walking distance.
The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, smoking is possible on the outdoor terrace.
