Je propose une chambre meublée de 12 m² dans mon appartement situé dans le 20ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, à deux pas du métro Gambetta (métro ligne 3) et du cimetière du Père Lachaise. Le quartier est agréable et calme.

L’appartement fait 88 m² et comprend un grand salon lumineux avec cuisine ouverte, une salle de bain, un bureau, ainsi qu’un balcon. Il s’agit d’une chambre chez l’habitant, donc l’idée est de partager un lieu de vie dans une ambiance simple et conviviale.

Je vis aussi avec un chat, donc il faut absolument aimer les chats 🙂

💰 Loyer : 1100 € / mois tout compris (charges incluses).

Je cherche idéalement quelqu’un de sympa, actif/active, entre 30 et 40 ans, qui apprécie un appartement calme et une bonne entente au quotidien.

I’m renting out a 12 m² furnished room in my apartment located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, very close to Gambetta metro station and Père Lachaise cemetery, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is 88 m² with a large bright living room and open kitchen, a bathroom, a shared office, and a balcony. This is a room in an owner-occupied apartment, so the idea is to share a comfortable and friendly living space.

I also live with a cat, so it’s important that you like cats 🙂

💰 Rent: €1100/month all included (utilities included).

Ideally, I’m looking for a friendly and active person, around 30–40 years old, who enjoys a calm home and an easygoing atmosphere.
