- justificatifs financiers des parents : Dernier avis d'imposition et les 3 dernières feuilles de salaire + celle de Décembre
- piece d'identité de l'étudiant et du parent garant
- Attestation d'inscription de l'Université
- Contrat de location à signer et à renvoyer
- Assurance habitation étudiante (à prendre et à montrer le jour de l'arrivée)
Le premier mois de loyer doit être versé à la réservation et la signature du contrat (il ne sera pas remboursable si annulation).

The living room and kitchen overlook the terrace and the apartment is very bright and pleasant.

Rental price and payment methods are (for one student living in the studio) :
• Rental price = 675€ + Rental charges = 155€ (hit, cold and hot water, rental charges etc..)
• + Internet access fee = 22€
• + Electricity fee = 33€
The totaly gets 885€ /month all included (with Electricity and internet).
This price and the Contract are drawn up for a single student living in the studio.
• For foreigners, the rental is payable by quater the 1st of every trimester, because the parent's garantie in France don't work for foreigners.

• A Deposit of 1350 euros (caution, pledge) is asked@arrival (to be payed@last the day of entrance) in case of any damages in the apartment throughout the rental period).

Application to be completed by the student:
- financial proof of parents: Last tax notice and the last 3 salary sheets + that of December
- Student and guarantor parent identification
- University Certificate of Registration
- Rental contract to be signed and returned with the first month of rental
- Student home insurance (to be taken and shown on the day of arrival.
- to pay the first month of rental in advance for booking, (and the balance of the quarter by the day of arrival).
