Four multi-fonctions (permet de cuire viande, pattes, etc.) micro-ondes/grill et friteuse sans huile
⚠️ Pas de cuisine possible autrement (pas de plaque de cuisson traditionnelle autorisée).

💡 Profil recherché : personne très propre et ordonnée (maniaque bienvenue), discrète, calme, rigoureuse, respectueuse des règles de vie communes.

🚭 Interdiction totale de fumer à l’intérieur, y compris aux fenêtres/velux.

→ Daily squeegee cleaning required after each use.

Mini-fridge with freezer compartment

Microwave/grill multifunction oven (allows cooking meat, pasta, etc.) and oil-free air fryer
⚠️ No other cooking methods allowed (no traditional stovetops permitted).

💡 Looking for a tenant who is extremely tidy and organized (clean freaks welcome), quiet, discreet, disciplined, and capable of respecting shared living rules.

🚭 Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, including at the windows/velux.
