- bedroom #1 (two single beds or one 180 cm bed) opens onto the quiet little dead-end where the ''mas'' is located,
- the bathroom (walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet) is accessible from both the bedroom #1 and the dining room,
- the laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and storage also opens onto the terrace with a gas barbecue and a Weber charcoal grill.
