Private room in fully furnished apartment (for internationals students roommates) at Boutonnet neigborhood. Only 3 persons, maximun.

We offer a fully equipped bedroom for international students (licence, master or Phd) or young salary, in a charming apartment. Room for 1 girl, on the third floor with an elevator. The apartment is bright, clean and it’s in a safety residence.

This apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a corridor going to the bedrooms, a bathroom..

Each bedroom has a lock, they include a doble bed of (140 cm) side tables, a window with curtains, a desk with chair, a lamp, a wardrobe and dresser.

The kitchen consists of a fridge-freezer, new four ring gas cooker, oven, and washing machine. Also you will find all the dishes and utensils necessary for cooking, toaster and a kettle. In the living room there is a table, chairs and sofa. There is a terrace with a small table and chairs for take in the sun and enjoy meals outside. Also you will find the household tools for cleaning-up your room.

Spaces shared : Kitchen, living room, laundry, toilets, bathroom and balcony.

Price : 450 euros/month. A security deposit (two months) is required before the beginning of the rental period.

House Rules : Pets and smokers are not allowed.

- Hospital of Montpellier : 15’ walking
- University of Sciences and Paul Valery : 25’ walking or 7’ by bus.
- Montpellier Business School : 7’ by bus.
- Arc de triomph (down town) : 15’ walking
- Train station « Gare Saint Roch » : 7’ directly by Bus (ligne 7). The stop is just NEXT to the residence.
- Tramway L1 "Stade Philippides" station : 13’walking.

There is a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and a beauty salon just in front of the appartement.
