Hello,
As of today, I am looking for a new flatmate for my bright little apartment housed in a secure Haussmannien building, wonderfully located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Paris. The apartment is well setup for a flatshare with 2 identical bedrooms of 13m2 each, lying on the opposite end of each other with the living room, the kitchen & the bathroom to be shared in the middle & it comes fully equipped, though one has to buy his/her share of the common appliances & furniture (~150€) from my outgoing flatmate. APL is available & a dossier with a garant would be required by the agency managing the lease on the apartment.
Academically, I am a philosopher working on my own postdoctoral paper in cognitive science. Though in Paris today, am here mostly in my capacity as an independent geopolitical advisor to the UN working on developmental policy for the global south. As such, I have often lived in flat-shares all over the world for what happens to be the better part of the last decade now, having only just moved to Paris quite recently myself. Someone quiet & calm with an open, independent & active life & preferably clean in his/her habits (I would like to keep the common areas as clean as possible without having to talk about it all the time) would be welcome here. I speak English, German & Japanese fluently & my French & Spanish though not nearly as fluent as yet, is quite decent, I would say, so feel absolutely free to write to me in whatever language you like & I would try & get back to you if I can.
P.S. if you happen to be in passive denial or simply indifferent or worse in actual support, active or not, of the unfolding genocide in Palestine today, then this is certainly not the right place for you.
