Our current flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join us from 13 June.

The bedroom is around 9 square metres, but it’s very well laid out, making it feel comfortable and cosy. The flat has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony surrounded with trees🌴 where we enjoy spending time together. If you work remotely, you can set up the desk at the living room💻.

We’re looking for someone in the age 27- 34 years, preferably someone having a CDI.

Some important details :

All financial stuff 💸💸💸
1. The rent payable to the agency is 712,40 € per month. And we would reimburse you 65€ per month. So effectively, you would pay 647,40.

2. Charges are additional and it’s on avg 80 €. This includes wifi, electricity, gas and insurance.

3. The deposit is 650 € and there is an agency fee of 500 €.

4. There is a new wardrobe (1 year old) that has been bought for this room so the person would have to buy. The price is 129 € 🙂

Other things🧹🍳Ⓜ️
1. It’s an LGBTQ friendly house. Everyone is welcome🏳️‍🌈

2. We have carrefour market just 2 mins away. Plus Lidl and Intermarché at walkable distance.
2 boulangerie are situated very close the apartment along with some bars and café.

3. 3 metro lines (6,12,13) are accessible. You need to walk around 7-10 mins to get to the station.

4. We are all adults, so let’s take shared responsibility every 1/2 weeks for cleaning.
If you use kitchen, please clean it after every cooking session 🍔

5. If you see bin is full, please throw them out. Having a strict timetable doesn’t work and we want to live with trust and respect.

6. If you smoke, you can use the balcony, that’s completely fine.

7. And even though we love all sort of animals🐈, we can’t allow pets.
