We are looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment in the heart of Paris 16e, available from July 1st, 2026.

The apartment is shared by four people in total, so you’ll be living with three flatmates:

• Aryan (23) – a student, very easy-going, sociable, and always up for a drink, a chat, or spontaneous activities.

• Prune (23) – works in sports event management. She’s funny, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her schedule can be busy, but she always brings great energy to the apartment.

• Sayali (28) – works in luxury branding and travels frequently for work. Because she’s often away, it sometimes feels like living with just two flatmates.

• Cherry (26) – I’m the one who is leaving. I'm an Erasmus student and really gone miss it here.

We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s sharing a meal, having a drink, or simply chatting after work, but everyone also respects each other’s privacy and personal space. Whether you’re looking for a social atmosphere or prefer doing your own thing, you’ll feel comfortable here.

The apartment is located in a very safe and pleasant area of Paris 16e, with excellent public transport connections, shops, cafés, and everything you need nearby.

The room is furnished. The rent is €840 and the additional costs amount to €30.
A one-time furniture takeover fee of €250 applies. No agence fee🙌

We’re looking for someone open-minded, respectful, and easy to live with. Students, young professionals, and international newcomers to Paris are all welcome.
