Long-term flatshare in Montmartre – 5 minutes from Lamarck metro!

Hi! Our flatmate is moving on to new adventures, so we’re looking for an English-speaking female flatmate to take over her room in our 3-bedroom apartment. The room will be available on the 5th of May.

The Apartment
The flat is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Haussmann-style building with an elevator. It includes three bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and a washing machine (please note: there is no living room).

The Room
The room is approx 12m², bright, and street-facing with double glazing. It features a small balconette and is fully furnished with a large bed, desk, wardrobe, and under-bed storage.

The apartment is in the quieter, less touristy part of Montmartre:

5-minute walk to Lamarck metro station (Line 12)

10 minutes to Marcadet-Poissonniers / Château Rouge (Lines 4 & 12)

Supermarket (G20) right across the street, plus bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby

10-minute walk to Sacré-Cœur

Flatmates
* Luna (27, F): Argentinian (speaks Spanish/English). Vegetarian, works in a youth hostel, loves reading and art.
* Agathe (24, F): French (speaks French/English) Works in publishing, enjoys cinema, theatre, running, and long walks.
