Je cherche un.e colocataire pour partager avec moi un appartement de 70 m2 à Paris 19e.

Période : à partir du 21 mars pour une longue durée.

Loyer : 960€ tout compris (charges, internet assurance habitation, électricité).
Dépôt à verser au propriétaire : 734€

L'appartement de plein-pied se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée (avec gardien) et donne sur un jardin.

La chambre non meublée de 10 m2 possède une terrasse privée de près de 4m2.
(L'appartement comprend deux chambres, un grand séjour, une cuisine, une salle se bain, des toilettes séparés, une buanderie, une cave et un parking).

Localisation : à 5 min à pied du métro Crimée et Riquet, à 10 min du Canal de l'Ourcq, à 20 min du Parc La Villette.

L'appartement était loué non meublé ; je l'ai meublé moi-même. Il y a un lave-linge, un réfrigérateur, un four, une cuisinière à gaz et un salon : tout est inclus ; il vous suffit de meubler votre chambre.
