Il est meublé (dans la chambre : lit, dans l'appart: tout le nécessaire de meubles, cuisine, etc.) + possibilité de reprendre des meubles pour 100€ (machine à laver partagée dans la sdb + commode de la chambre)

📌 Critères :
- femme, entre 25 et 35 ans environ
- propreté importante
- idéalement travail en hybride ou au bureau
- le propriétaire demande une personne avec un contrat (CDD ou CDI) et un garant

🔍 Je quitte cette coloc pour des raisons personnelles (aucun souci avec l'appart ou avec la coloc!)

📌Requirements:
- Female, approximately 25 to 35 years old
- Must be very clean
- Ideally works in a hybrid or office setting
- The landlord requires someone with a contract (fixed-term or permanent) and a guarantor
