Hi girls,

We are three roommates — Maeva, Buket and Charlotte — looking for a fourth roommate to join our flat ✨

Maeva is 27 and moved into the apartment 8 months ago. She works at Hermès as a fashion advisor. In her free time, she loves meeting friends, going to concerts, and walking around Paris.

Buket is 27, originally from Turkey, and is currently finishing her internship at the Curie Institute working on radiation oncology. In her freetime, she really likes cooking, and playing rackets sports (tennis, padel, badminton)

Charlotte: I’m 29 and moved into the apartment two weeks ago. I work at Ipsos, where I manage surveys (mostly on political and societal topics). In my free time, I love dancing (especially bachata), speaking Spanish, cooking, and spending time with friends. I also travel whenever I can. I’m always up for organizing things with my roommates — even outside the apartment — and going on little adventures :)

A few things are important to us:
- We speak English at home so that Buket, who’s from Turkey, can feel fully included. So it’s important that you feel ok speaking English in daily life.

-We also like to keep our home clean and pleasant. We all take care of the flat and share/take turns for small chores, so we’re looking for someone who values maintaining a nice, clean and respectful living space 😊

-Of course, everyone has their own life, but we also enjoy spending time together — chatting, having dinner, or watching a movie from time to time.

-We are looking for someone who plans to stay at least one year, as we would like to build a real roommate dynamic and avoid having to change roommates every few months. We would also prefer someone who is working, so that we share similar schedules and lifestyles.

Location of the flat: 3 minutes from the RER B (which takes you to Paris in 10–15 minutes). The stop is called “Bagneux”.

There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, as well as smaller shops just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You’ll find everything you need nearby (pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.).

Just so you know, we have two bathrooms, so there are two people per bathroom. You’ll be sharing the one in the picture with Buket.

As mentioned in the listing, the rent is €690, all charges included. The deposit is around €1000 (to be confirmed with the owner). There is also a €360 agency fee.

The apartment is fully equipped, so you’ll just need to arrive with your suitcase — everything will be ready for you!
