Je quitte ma chambre dans un appartement situé à Saint-Mandé et je cherche quelqu’un pour la reprendre rapidement (Disponibilité immédiate).

Le mois de mai se fait en sous-location, puis il sera possible de signer un nouveau contrat directement avec le propriétaire.

- 700€ / mois
- 50€ de charges
- Dépôt de garantie : 200€

La chambre ainsi que l’appartement ont été récemment meublés avec du mobilier neuf. Les meubles doivent être repris pour 300€, ce qui comprend l’ameublement de la chambre ainsi que les équipements de l’appartement.

I am leaving my room in an apartment located in Saint-Mandé and I’m looking for someone to take it over as soon as possible.
