My name is Carolina, and I will soon be moving out. It is with a bit of sadness that I’m leaving my lovely room in this apartment, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The apartment is 60 m² and shared with two other girls, Marina and Lena. The atmosphere in the apartment is really warm and pleasant. They are very kind, friendly, and organized, and living together has been a very nice experience. It’s a calm and comfortable environment, ideal for students.

The room is fully furnished and very comfortable. It has a very comfortable bed, a spacious closet, and everything you need to settle in easily. One of the nicest features is that the room has direct access to the balcony, which offers a very pleasant view and a nice space to relax or get some fresh air.

The apartment itself is very nice. It is located on the second floor (no elevator) and includes a fully equipped kitchen with an attached laundry room, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a large living room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains.

The location is very convenient and strategic: the apartment is very close to Neyrpic and Intermarché, and only about a 10-minute walk from UGA, which makes it perfect for students.

Marina and Lena speak both English and French, so international students are very welcome.

The contract is a “bail solidaire” and it is eligible for APL. The room will be available from April 5th. The monthly rent is 350 euros, plus approximately 40 euros per month for electricity and gas.
