Chambre en colocation à Paris 20

Salut, mon coloc quitte l'appart (2 chambres) donc je cherche la personne qui le remplacera !

La chambre n'est pas grande (9m2) mais bien agencée, lit double, matelas emma, placards, côté cour. Plus qu'à poser tes valises, autour du 15 juin et en longue durée (le proprio demande au moins 1 à 3 ans)

L'appart est entièrement équipé : canap, table, lave-linge, four, lave-vaisselle, plaques induction tout ça

A 3mn du métro maraîchers, 5mn des supermarchés (Lidl, Intermarché, Picard). Les charges comprennent eau/poubelles/parties communes de l'immeuble

A noter qu'il faut ajouter environ 50e par mois pour ta part d'EDF + box wifi (donc prévoir en tout 800e). Le proprio exige des dossiers avec garants physiques et encaisse la caution d'un mois de loyer hors charges (700e). Appart non fumeurs

Perso, je cherche surtout quelqu'un de cool, fun, respectueux du calme et du 50/50, qui veut vivre dans un appart toujours propre et partager des moments sympa une fois de temps en temps

Gday, my flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take his place!

The room isn’t big (9m²) but it’s well laid out, with a double bed, quality mattress, built-in wardrobes, facing the courtyard. All ready for you to move in around June 15th and for a long term stay, as the landlord asks for minimum 1 to 3 years

The flat is fully equipped: sofa, table, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and all

3 mins from Maraîchers metro station, 5 mins from supermarkets (Lidl, Intermarché, Picard). Rental charges include water, rubbish collection and communal areas of the building

Please note that you’ll have to add around 50 bucks monthly for your share of the electricity bill and Wi-Fi box (so budget for a total of €800). The landlord requires you have personal guarantors and collects a deposit of one month’s rent excluding bills (€700). Non smoking place

I’m mainly looking for someone who's chill, fun, respects the peace and quiet and is on board with a 50/50 split, who wants to live in a flat that’s always clean and share a good time every now and then
