The apartment is 83 m² in a Haussmann-style building (moldings, fireplace and parquet flooring, the whole Parisian thing), and the bedroom is just over 12m².

We're a early 30s couple that have a spare room in their apartment.

Lara, 31 ,franco-american, is an actress who likes to get out and about, while working hard on various fronts. She loves to travel, is quite addicted to Spain. She is equally at home in Paris and in the international community.

Simon, 30, working in wine industry, mainly in natural wine. He used to live in Thailand for years and loves to do some sport and travel !

We used to live in this appartment for several years now.
The apartment is very pleasant, with lots of flowers,very good light and very good vibes.

The room will be furnished and its 12,5 m2 the rest is (fully-equipped kitchen:, large oven, gas stove, washing machine and fridge). A large, bright, west-facing living-dining room is perfect for sharing convivial moments.Kitchen, bathroom with bathtub (!!!) and separate toilet. The apartment is next to the Rue Saint Maur metro station, in a lively neighborhood with all the amenities and good old-fashioned Parisian "bobo" style.

We are looking for someone that wants to live in our flat, as we have now a spare room. We are looking for a student first, preferably native english speaker, with whom we can share some good times.

Rent plus charges is 950 furnished.
